Congress recently passed American Clean Energy and Security Act (H.R. 2454). The act includes provisions to “Cap-and-Trade” greenhouse gas emissions.
While this might sound great, it does cause some issues.
Cap and trade is really a vehicle for the government to raise additional revenues. Mostly at the expense of everyone in the country. [...]

Gasoline has fallen to $1.42 per gallon in Destin over the weekend. That is nearly 20 cents less than some of the surrounding communities such as Niceville. You can fully expect it to continue falling as the price of oil plummets.
