Democracts pulling for Senator Obama so they can Raise Taxes
Many in the Democrat controlled congress are pulling for Senator Obama to win the Presidency. They are already looking to raise your taxes and know for a fact that working with Senator Obama they can raise those taxes. They are pretty certain that working with Senator McCain won’t work with them on this.
Congressman Barney Frank has gone on record saying that they should look at raising taxes. The sooner the better.
This is the same congressman who helped kill reforms for Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.
Congressman Jim McDermott is even looking at another way to raise $80 billion.
Senator Joe Biden has even been quoted saying that paying higher taxes is a patriotic duty and that you don’t need a tax cut. Anything else is just plain “phony”.
The Democrat controlled congress has been trying to raise taxes since they came into power 2 years ago. Fortunately there have been enough Republicans to keep this from happening.
This time around that may change. Republicans are possibly going to lose enough seats that the Democrats can push raising taxes through. Especially with Senator Obama in the White House.
Where is Congressman Allen Boyd(D) on all of this? Well, he votes the party line. I’m sure that if Nancy Pelosi or Harry Reid want any tax increases to get pushed through, Congressman Boyd will be right there along with the rest of them voting for anything they want to do. Regardless if you agree with it or not.
