Are liberals trying an End Run on Gun Control?

Maybe jumping the gun here and calling it gun control is a bit overboard but it is a way for liberal groups to continually erode the rights of gun owners.

However, it really won’t do much in the short run. Many gun enthusiasts and hard core fishers will actually cast their won bullets and weights. There is enough lead out there to last for years before it runs out. It is also used in many different products that can be taken apart and used for cheaper than the alternatives.

How does Congressman Allen Boyd stack up to this? Does he support the EPA in accepting the petition? Or will he ask them to reject it. Government control is already too much. How much further is Congressman Allen Boyd ready to expand it?

I disagree with the EPA continuously creating laws by banning things it has no jurisdiction over.

I would like to know where you stand on the practice of the EPA creating policy that is best left to the members of Congress. Especially when it comes to banning things used by Sports men and women all over the US.

If the EPA accepts the petition, it could very well affect the livelihood of many of your constituents who depend on fishing.

As one of your Voting constituents, I urge you to press the EPA to reject the petition it received to ban lead bullets an fishing weights.
