Thanks Congressman Boyd(D)! Now we get to spend millions of dollars that could have been spent on something else on suing the Federal Government on an unconstitutional Bill you helped pass.

Attorney General Bill McCollum has said that he would file a lawsuit if the Health Care bill became law. Now that it is all that much closer to reality he has held a press conference in regards to it.

Bill McCollum, the Republican attorney general under fellow Republican Gov. Charlie Crist, told a news conference that the lawsuit would be filed once President Obama signs the health care bill into law. He said he’ll be joined by his counterparts in Alabama, Nebraska, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah and Washington. – CNN.com

With the Arrogance that the President has shown since the start of his perpetual campaign, the White House believe that they will win any lawsuits filed.

In an economy that needs job where Congress and Congressman Boyd are more worried about Health Care the legislation passed is not very job friendly. Expect an even more drawn out job creation environment with the taxes and requirements that will be imposed by this bill.

Maybe Congressman Boyd intends to retire this year? Could that be why he has thrown in his lot with the rest of the Democrats? Perhaps we should force his retirement if not.

Be sure to contact Congressman Allen Boyd(D) and let him know that his days are numbered. He isn’t serving the interests of the constituents of his district so it is time to find someone who will.
