Gaetz Wins District 4

It was pretty much a no brainer really.
Votes have been counted for today’s special general election and Matt Gaetz will serve District 4 for the rest of this legislative session - NWFDailyNews
Jan Fernald entered the race late and didn’t have much exposure. So it just wasn’t destined for her to win.
Congrats to Matt Gaetz. Let’s hope he does what he is elected to do and can keep the corruption out of his term. If not, well we’ll just have to elect someone else.
