Ed Morrissey over at Hot Air is completely correct on this. It is just what you can expect when the Employee Free Choice Act is passed.

Should you be worried? I think you should. Any choice you have will go right out the window if this passes.
And you won’t be able to protest to the Unions if you don’t like what they do. They will do what they want. The money they collect goes into their pockets. They show up only when there is a contract negotiation.
But if you say something against the Union or do something that the Union Management doesn’t like you could be fined thousands of dollars. Just for speaking out against the Union and their policies.
Don’t forget, Congressman Allen Boyd(D) voted to take away your right to vote on Unionization.
