Mark Rubio will be the Keynote at CPAC.

Mark Rubio is apparently impressing more than Floridians. He has captured the coveted 10am Keynote slot at the CPAC (Conservative Political Action Committee) event in February.
While this isn’t being held in Florida it will help him quite a bit by giving him exposure. The interesting thought about this entire thing is that he wasn’t the NRSC has endorsed.
Being the Keynote is going to go a long way towards voicing his views and where he stands. It will also add to his poll numbers against Charlie Crist.
It will do everyone good to keep watch on Mark Rubio.
