The Obama Movement requested people submit their version of a Health Care advertisement. They finally picked on out yesterday.

Now, they would like you to believe that kids don’t have Health Care or access to it. They want you to believe that it is your fault if you don’t support ObamaCare that one of these kids might get something and die because they didn’t have access to Health Care.

What they don’t tell you is that even kids who have parents who don’t have health care can get health care through SCHIP.

You know, that program that expanded health coverage of kids to include illegal immigrants and adults.

Here in Florida, if you don’t have Health Insurance you can get coverage for your children through Kid Care. And depending on your income, it might even be free.

Ok, so you don’t have kids. Fair question. Florida also has a program for those who don’t have health insurance and have to see a doctor or visit the hospital. It is called Medicaid for the Medically Needy. Anyone qualifies. Pre-existing conditions are ok.

Guess what. It is free too.

You just may have a deductible that you have to meet before it kicks in to cover the full amount of your “Monthly” bill.

Like Kid Care, the Medicaid program is dependent on your Income. The more you make the higher the deductible.

President Obama and Democrats like Congressman Allen Boyd(D) and Senator Bill Nelson(D) want you to believe that you can’t get health care unless ObamaCare passes. This is just plain wrong and deceiving.

Anyone who has had to sell their house because of a broken leg in Florida just hasn’t done their homework.

Granted, some of those Medical bills can be huge if you have to have Surgery and don’t have insurance. I should know. My daughters hospital bill was nearly $100k for a broken arm. It was that much because I didn’t have Insurance. That is the real tragedy. If I had insurance, the Insurance company would have paid for about a third of that.

Fortunately for me, Medicaid for the Medically Needy took care of all of it.

Now, I have great insurance provided by the company I work for. That is until ObamaCare is passed. Then I’ll probably end up paying more taxes or getting less insurance.

My Health Care isn’t broken. I don’t need it fixed.
