Rubio Continues to best Christ in polling

In new polling by Rasmussen, Mark Rubio leads Charlie Christ by 18 points, 54% to 36%.

A new Rasmussen Reports telephone survey of likely Republican Primary voters finds Rubio leading Crist by 18 points, 54% to 36%. Four percent (4%) prefer some other candidate, and seven percent are undecided.

Those figures reflect a five point increase in support for Rubio compared to a month ago. Support for Crist has changed little over the past month. – Rasmussen

Charlie Christ continues to believe that he can pull it out. Some denial at hand? Eighteen points is a large margin.

There is some speculation that Charlie Christ may eventually switch parties if it looks like he won’t win the Republican nomination. But that would just confirm what some, including me, have been saying about Charlie Christ all along.

It is too hard to tell at the moment and there is still plenty of time for things to turn around for Charlie Christ but the momentum favors Mark Rubio. We will have to see how things turn for each during their televised debate on Fox and the Polling just after.
