The new Low Spending Congressman Allen Boyd.
The Federal Debt has risen to over $13 Trillion Dollars.
t $13 trillion, that figure has risen by $2.4 trillion in about 500 days since President Obama took office, or an average of $4.9 billion a day. That’s almost three times the daily average of $1.7 billion under the previous administration, and led Republicans on Wednesday to place blame squarely at the feet of Mr. Obama and his fellow Democrats. – Washington Times
Since President Obama has been in office, Congressman Allen Boyd has turned up the notch on his blue dog conservativeness. No, I don’t mean by voting against all of this increase but in voting for more debt without offsetting the costs.
Congressman Boyd wants you to believe that he is helping to control the deficit by only voting for legislation that is spending neutral. However, a look at his voting record shows that he votes with the Democrat party 96% of the time. I find it difficult to believe that over the last two years, only four percent of the votes in Congress resulted in the doubling of the Federal Debt per year.
Congressman Allen Boyd isn’t fiscally conservative. He doesn’t care about spending neutral legislation. He cares about only things that will help keep him in office. It is time to show him that his days are over. He doesn’t represent our interests.
It is absolutely mind boggling to think Congressman Allen Boyd wants you to think he isn’t part of the problem with the doubling of Federal Spending over the last 500 days.
